Ingredients
- 5 cl — Rye whiskey (or VSOP Cognac)
- ¼ — Sugar cube
- 1 trait — Peychaud's bitters
- 1 trait — Absinthe (glass rinse)

Method & garnish
Stirred in a mixing glass. Garnish : orange zest (x2).
